Which Wing Gundam Zero to buy
Bandai sells Wing Gundam Zero kits both with and without "EW" in the name, so check the name in the table for the version you want. Three grades are compared here.
The HG version is the budget pick: on October 11, 2026, USA Gundam Store listed the HGAC 1/144 Wing Gundam Zero (#174) at $21.99. The RG 1/144 Wing Gundam Zero of September 2025 is listed at 4,200 yen before tax on Bandai's English page, rated for ages 15 and over, and Bandai calls it a completely new three-dimensional model with a wing binder part; Gundam Planet listed it at $54.95. The MG 1/100 Wing Gundam Zero (EW) was $43.99 at USA Gundam Store (regular $45.99), so the larger MG cost less than the new RG in US shops that day.
If you want the newest kit at 1/144, buy the RG; if you want a bigger kit for less money, the MG EW is the better deal on those US prices; for a quick, cheap build, take the HG. Bandai also files Wing Zero kits under Premium Bandai and Gundam Base editions, marked in the Sold via column.
