About Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury kits
Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury began with a web release in 2022, according to the official Gundam site, and Bandai has kitted its suits in several lines since: HG at 1/144, Full Mechanics at 1/100 and the high-end MGSD. That means the Gundam Aerial alone can be collected at 1/144, at 1/100 and in SD form.
For a first kit, the HG line is the low-cost way in. Bandai's English page lists the HG Gundam Calibarn (July 2023) at 2,000 yen before tax, and Bandai's Japanese list shows the HG Gundam Aerial (Rebuild), dated March 2023, at ¥1,870 with tax. The Full Mechanics 1/100 Gundam Aerial (April 2023) is the bigger option at ¥4,180 with tax on the same list, so both sizes of the Aerial have been out since spring 2023. Gundam Planet listed the HG Calibarn at $24.95 on October 11, 2026, and the official Gundam site gives the same 2,000 yen price before tax.
The MGSD Gundam Aerial of August 2025 is the premium pick: Bandai's English page lists it at 3,900 yen before tax and describes an internal frame that combines metallic silver parts with multiple moulding colours. Several Witch from Mercury kits were also sold as Gundam Base editions; the Sold via column in the table marks them, and the exclusives page lists them all.
