About Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM kits

Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM was released in theaters in 2024, according to the official Gundam site, and Bandai's first kits of its suits came out in January 2024: the HG 1/144 Rising Freedom Gundam and the SD Gundam EX-Standard Rising Freedom Gundam.

The SDEX Rising Freedom is the cheapest way in: Bandai's English page lists it at 600 yen before tax, rated for ages 8 and over, with a design arrangement unique to SD Gundam EX-Standard. The HG Rising Freedom is ¥2,640 with tax on Bandai's Japanese list. The SD Gundam Cross Silhouette Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam of September 2024 costs 1,800 yen before tax and comes with two SDCS frames, a tall proportion (CS) and a short one (SD). Both SD kits are rated for ages 8 and over, and on Bandai's Japanese list today they cost ¥660 and ¥1,980 with tax. Bandai's English page dates the SDEX to January 26, 2024.
